High mouse sensitivity is a known issue on Windows Build.  You can change it via Esc > Options > Horizontal/Vertical Look Sensitivity

When retired weapons researcher Aunt Mann discovers an infestation of Scale bugs in her greenhouse, she decides to bring the battle to the bugs on their own terms.
