A downloadable game
Created with the incredibly talented @Flick#8212 (art), @Brady_V2#6181 (music and sound design), and Worrynaught#1355 (story) for Boss Rush Jam 2023
Inspired by Hollow Knight and DS-era Nintendo games, we embraced the jam's theme of makeshift and created To The Core, an all-new dungeon-crawling adventure in which you make your own weapon out of scraps you find lying around.
Due to time limitations the game is currently in a very early state, but we're excited to add more soon!

quite enjoyable, but i found that the only items that were really any use to me were the snake, the bees, and the buzzsaws, and a few attacks had nigh imperceivable telegraphs.
Not a bad game, grinded my way to the first bee.
But I am not sure if it does anything.
Like, standing still or even after hitting I dont see the enemy taking any further damage than the actual hit damage.
Or am i overlooking something?
I think it scales your damage with however many bees you have equipped
